Yealink: Paging put current call on hold

This article shows step on how to correct paging priority for Yealink phones

When you enable multicast paging on your Yealink phone, it prioritize paging broadcast over call by default. The result is that current active call gets place on hold.

To correct this, please follow the steps below:

1. Access your Yealink phones GUI on a web browser by using the IP assigned to it.

2. Login using the username "admin" and password "admin".

note: if you are not able to login, please contact Monster VoIP support

3. Go to Directory tab

4. Select Multicast IP on the left side

5. Set "Paging Priority Active" to disabled
